  4. Professional advisers acting as processors or joint controllers including lawyers, bankers, auditors and insurers who provide consultancy, banking, legal, insurance, and accounting services.

How long do we keep your information?

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. By way of example, by law, we have to keep basic information about our customers (including Contact, Identity, Financial and Transaction Data) for seven years after they cease being customers for tax purposes.

How we keep it safe

We take the security of your personal information very seriously. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to ensure that your information is kept safe and secure.

No Fee usually Required

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge an administration fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

Time limit to Respond

We aim to acknowledge your initial legitimate request within two working days and respond fully within one month. Occasionally if your request is particularly complex or you have made several requests it may take us longer than a month. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
