A short course designed to be delivered to all managers and employees. The course provides them with the basic understanding of facts about stress and how to identify trigger points and to manage it.
This qualification complements the CIEH Level 2 Award in Health and Safety in the Workplace and it seeks to advise and guide those interested in protecting themselves and their workforce from the damaging effects of stress.
