Fire Risk Assessment

Our comprehensive risk assessments identify those persons at risk from fire at the premises and assesses the risks of a fire occurring.

With the introduction of the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 and the Fire (Scotland) Act 2005 further responsibility passed to the person responsible for premises – this would be the building owner, the manager or the employer. 

Our comprehensive risk assessments identify those persons at risk from fire at the premises and assesses the risks of a fire occurring. 

Our risk assessment is based on BS8800 and provides an easy to follow management action plan. We can also advise on Vulnerable Persons and Disability Evacuation arrangements, implementing Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans (PEEPS)
